Server Status Overview
This page explains the meaning of server status indicators shown on the dashboard.
Installing
The Installing status indicates that the server container environment is currently being provisioned by the system.
This status occurs during:
- Creating a new server instance
- Reinstalling a server
- Updating the Egg or runtime environment
- Reallocating container resources
What you should do
- Wait for the provisioning process to complete (normally 10 seconds to 2 minutes).
- Do not repeatedly trigger restart or reinstall while the status is Installing.
If Installing takes longer than 5 minutes
If the status remains Installing for more than 5 minutes, contact Aisbir Cloud support with your Server ID and username.
Suspended
The Suspended status means the server is temporarily deactivated.
Common causes:
- Overdue invoice or expired service subscription
- Resource usage violation
- Manual administrative suspension
While suspended, the container is powered off and network access is blocked.
How to resolve Suspended status
- Pay outstanding invoice: Visit the billing portal to complete payment.
- Renew service: If the plan has expired, renew the package.
- Contact Support: If you believe this is an error, submit a support ticket with your Server ID and account email.
