Keeping your account secure is essential to protect your servers, files, and databases from unauthorized access.

1. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  1. Click your profile avatar or username in the top-right corner of the panel and select Account.
  2. Under Two-Step Verification, click Enable 2FA / Configure.
  3. Open your mobile authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 2FAS), and scan the QR code.
  4. Enter the 6-digit verification code and your account password, then click Submit.
  5. Important: Save your recovery codes in a safe place in case you lose access to your authenticator app.

2. Updating Account Password

  1. Navigate to Account Settings.
  2. Under Update Password, provide your current password and your new password.
  3. Click Update Password.

3. Generating Client API Keys

If you want to automate server actions or build external Discord bots:
  1. In Account Settings, click the API Credentials tab.
  2. Click Create API Key.
  3. Enter a description (e.g. Discord Bot Automation).
  4. Click Create, then copy and securely store your API Key.
