Option 1: 1-Click Auto Login via Client Portal (Recommended)
The quickest method to log in without entering your username and password:- Log in to the Aisbir Cloud Client Portal.
- In the left navigation menu, click Services -> Manage Directadmin.
- Locate your hosting domain in the services table.
- Click the blue Login button under the Action column.

Option 2: Manual Login Using Credentials from Email
If you prefer logging in directly through the panel URL:- Check the email inbox registered with your Aisbir Cloud account.
- Open the hosting activation email with the subject “Akses Hosting untuk [yourdomain.com]”.
- Inside, you will find your connection credentials:
- Domain: Your hosting domain name
- Username: DirectAdmin username (e.g.
aisbirnusantaraa724) - Password: Your hosting account password
- Panel URL: Direct login link (e.g.
https://cleo.aisbirnusantara.com:2222)
- Click the Login ke Panel Hosting button or open the Panel URL in your browser.
- Enter your Username and Password from the email, then click Login.

💡 Important Tips
- Store Credentials Securely: Keep your hosting login details in a secure location.
- Change Default Password: We strongly recommend updating your initial password after logging in for the first time.
- Forgot Password?: If you forget your password, you can always log in instantly using Option 1 (1-Click Auto Login via Portal).
