# Sub-User Management

> How to grant team members or developers secure access to manage your server

The **Users** tab allows server owners to grant team members or developers restricted management permissions without sharing primary account credentials.

### 1. Adding a New Sub-User

1. Open your server on the panel and click the **Users** menu.
2. Click the **New User** button in the upper-right corner.
3. Enter the **Email** address of your collaborator (they must have an account on the Aisbir Cloud panel).
4. Select the specific permissions you wish to grant:
   * **Control**: Start / stop / restart server
   * **Files**: Edit, upload, and delete files
   * **Console**: View real-time console and logs
   * **Databases**: View database credentials
5. Click **Invite User**.

### 2. Modifying or Revoking Access

* **Edit Permissions**: Click the pencil icon (**Edit**) next to the subuser name, update checkboxes, and click **Save**.
* **Remove Access**: Click the trash can icon (**Delete**) to immediately revoke all access.
